Citrix Client Installation Instructions

This procedure requires the following software having been installed:

• I.E. 6.0 SP2 128 bit or higher or Mozilla Firefox
• Citrix ICA client

Install Citrix Client

• NOTE – It is recommended that a user that has admin rights to the device, install the application.  If you are not an admin on your pc, the client will need to be reinstalled for every non admin that has a logon on the device

Open your browser and key in the following URL:  https:// portal.pinnaclehealth.org (screen A) From the Secure Access Web Portal page, select Intranet Home.

From the logon screen (screen B) select the appropriate client download.

Select Run to run the file. (screen C)

If you get a security warning screen, select run (screen D)

You will receive a screen asking you to wait while your client installs (screen E)

When the installation is complete, you will receive the following installer screen (screen F)

From the logon screen (screen B) key in your user name, network password, and pin + token code and select logon (screen G)

From the Client File Security screen, make sure you have Full Access and Never ask me again checked.  This will only occur the first time you install the client per user (screen H)

From your applications screen, select the Intranet Home Page (screen I)

You will see the Citrix Client Initiating (screen J)

Once on the Application Screen, select the appropriate application.  When finished on this screen, X out of the screen/application. (screen K)

You can now launch another application or log off.  (screen L)
