Q: How do I contact the Help Desk?

A: The Help Desk is staffed 24x7x365.  You can contact them by phone at 231-8870.  If you need to fax anything to the Help Desk, the toll free fax number is (877)-767-1064.

 

Q: If you are at a hotel computer/kiosk and need to access Intranet Home, do I still need to install the Citrix client?

A: No.  If you are on a computer where you do not have administrator rights, the machine will load the Java version of the Citrix client.  However, IS recommends that you use the full Citrix client on machines that will frequently use the PHS Web Portal.
